- What did you like most?The free airport shuttle is very convenient. When you arrive, simply call the hotel reception — the shuttle operates on request, so you don’t need to make a reservation for a ride from the airport to the hotel. The hotel staff will give you clear instructions on where to wait, usually at Ground Transportation Level 1 (one level below the baggage claim area on Level 2). The shuttle van typically arrives within 15–25 minutes. (Keep a $1 tip for the driver is always appreciated!) If you need a shuttle from the hotel to the airport, just make a reservation at the front desk. There are a few restaurants within walking distance; I highly recommend LongHorn Steakhouse.
