I would never stay here...
- What did you like most?Clean, comfortable and good coffee/ tea options.
- Was there anything you didn't like?1 out of 3 staff members were approachable and helpful. I was charged twice for my stay and one of the nights a staff member locked the entry and exit doors (internally) to where my key card wouldn’t open the sliding doors. Upon banging on the doors for several minutes a staff member with a bad attitude and messy hair approached the door yawning and unlocked the doors. No eye contact was made, I asked them what happened and if it was broken and they replied, “no, I locked it” I said, “oh okay, you know I was stuck outside right and it’s freezing cold.” They said, “well you know how it is.” I just walked away and went to my room.
