- What did you like most?The rooms were good and clean.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The elevators were not working. Somedays we waited the elevator for 15 minutes. First day of our arrival I fell from the stairs and broke my ankle. There was one receptionist, I asked for ice, he told us to get it ourselves from the ice machine at the 7th floor ( i was at the wheelchair and even the wheelchair was not fitting their elevators) To be fair some of the people who worked there were so helpful, some of them really gave us a hard time. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything.

- What did you like most?The hotel didn’t have the room we originally booked so they upgraded us to a Penthouse suite which was lovely and spacious. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Very run down hotel in need of complete refurbishment. The price is too high given the state of the hotel. Only 2 of the 3 lifts worked, serving 16 floors, so it was a very long wait for a lift. No one answers front desk phone. Staff not very friendly. Air conditioning didn’t work and despite 3 attempts, no one fixed it. Bunk bed area was very dusty so 3 of us had to share the bed and 1 child slept on the sofa. They charge $3 dollars per luggage item on checkout which really stacks up if you have a lot of luggage…. I’ve never had to do this anywhere else.
