This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Credit card holder must be present at time of check in. If credit card holder will not be present, a third-party credit authorization must be signed and delivered to Sohotel before Check-In. All third-party credit authorization form must be completed, signed and received 72 hours prior to Check-In At check-In, Sohotel will place $250 hold on the credit card provided for all incidentals that may occur during your stay. These funds will be released at check-out and may take up to 30 days to be returned depending on issuing bank. Please note that all debit cards will take the money directly out of your account. Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in. There is only access by stairs, there is no elevator at the property.

- What did you like most?I liked the overall Hotel Style and the subway connection pretty close to the hotel.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The bathroom was quite small and not modern as the rest of the hotel and there was noise both from close rooms and the neighbourhood.
Pleasant surprise - quirky, but...
- What did you like most?Since I had booked this for the whole family (three generations) I was super nervous. I am used to staying in nice hotels for work so this was afraid that the pictures would be nicer than reality. They are not. This quirky, artsy hotel was a pleasant surprise. Super clean, friendly and helpful staff, and cute with rooms that can fit a family of five or group of friends.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I did not like the very strong scent (fragrance sticks?) when you came into the foyer and reception area of the hotel. It felt like someone was trying to cover up something. I was glad there was no smell in the room.
