Starting on January 1, 2025 the guest amenity fee will be USD 35 plus taxes (USD 40.49 per night, taxes included) Montrose at Beverly Hills is located in a quiet West Hollywood neighborhood, just 0.5 mi from the famous Sunset Strip.
