This place is affordable but...
- What did you like most?This hotel is in a good location with a lot of parking. The rooms are large - there were two queen beds separated with a half wall so there was an illusion of privacy. There is a mini fridge and counter to lay stuff out on. Excellent pool and hot tub area outside surrounded with trees and flowering shrubs. The pool is not heated, and it should be. That water was sooooo cold, but if it was heated, that entire area would have been mobbed. The front desk guy was really nice every time I had questions or needed something.
- Was there anything you didn't like?This hotel could be a lot more than it is. They need to remodel to include a microwave and coffee setup in the counter area. New colorful paint and better interior decor and lighting and this place would shine. The restaurant is marginal at best. Food is meh. Ordered the grilled chicken with rice & vegies and the vegies looked like they were from an institution. The waitress I had one night shouldn't be working there. She refused to bring me a glass of water. I had to get it myself at the bar. Argued with us about getting a bottle of wine, denying they had what was on the menu. And generally sassy. ugh!

- Was there anything you didn't like?I have never stayed in a place that didn't offer a microwave or coffer maker in a room. Even motels I have stayed in offered that. I feel all a customer is paying that should be accessible in each room for our needs and comfort. Each time I needed to warm my food I would have to dress out of my pajamas go all the way downstairs to heat food then by the time I walked all the way back upstairs my food wasn't even warm anymore. All the money and deposit we spend out for our stay this should be in our rooms.
