Located on a 14-mile stretch of pristine beachfront in Cancun’s hotel zone, NYX Hotel Cancun. has an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Some of its rooms have views of the sea or Nichupté Lagoon. All air-conditioned rooms at the NYX Hotel Cancun feature a flat-screen cable TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. A coffee maker and free WiFi access are also included. Bellavista Restaurant offers international options. The Chianti Restaurant offers Italian cuisine, open for dinner with prior reservation required. There is also a poolside bar, as well as a lobby bar. The surrounding beaches are popular for water sports. You can go scuba diving at the 2 coral reefs or visit ancient Mayan sites nearby. Cancun Airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Upon check-in photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. The Chianti Restaurant is available only for stays of 3 nights minimum in the All Inclusive plan. Restrictions may apply. The Umami restaurant is only available for stays of a minimum of 5 nights on an all-inclusive basis. Restrictions may apply. One extra child or adult will be charged USD 150 extra per person per night when using existing beds. Up to two children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Please be informed that the Bellavista Restaurant will be closed for remodeling starting on August 11. Breakfast service will be offered at the Deck Restaurant for approximately 5 months. The remodeling work will take place from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Guest will be asked to pay a deposit of $150.00 USD or $3,000.00 MXN per stay. I

All-inclusive feels exclusive
- What did you like most?ALL-INCLUSIVE Between our all-inclusive meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks beverages, and dinner), hotel design, decor, and layout, tranquil view of the beach, complimentary room beverages (2 waters, 2 coke products, and 2 beer can products - offered daily), the excellent service (shout out to Raphael, Eduardo, and Freddie), and the amenities (i.e. pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, gym, ping pong table, Cornhole, and spa to name a few) this hotel had everything we needed for a 3-day stay. ACCOMMODATIONS We appreciated the hotel's ability to store our luggage before we checked-in at 3 p.m. as well as after we checked-out. This provided great relief. We were able to enjoy the hotel amenities (including food) up until 5 p.m. following the 12 p.m. checkout! This allowed us plenty of time to coordinate transportation, fill our tummies, and enjoy the beach on our last day. ROOM We thoroughly enjoyed the placement of our hotel room (shoutout to Estella). Not only were we pool/beach side, we were booked on the top floor. The view was amazing! The room's location was perfect for walking to the pool, beach, Jacuzzi, restaurants, and lobby. We appreciated the spacious room, bathroom, and balcony as well as the privacy that the room provided in proximity to other hotel guests. The room was pretty isolated from sound, which we appreciated. For a couple of days we didn't realize people were staying beside us. FOOD & BEVERAGES The food was plentiful and fresh, the juices were delicious, all of the beverages (alcohol/non-alcoholic) were made to order, and there was a variety of menu options for every guest. Breakfast meals were the same, which we didn't mind. The buffet offers fruit, pastries, oatmeal, pancakes/waffles, custom omelette, eggs (fried or scrambled), meat (bacon, chicken, sausage) etc. Lunch/snacks were typically served by the poolside restaurant, while there were 3 options for dinner (Asian, Buffet, or Italian).
- Was there anything you didn't like?INTERNET The Wifi connection could be improved. In addition all television channels that we could find were in Spanish. STAFF Based on who we encountered there were policy inconsistencies that created inconveniences related to navigating the beach towels and restaurant reservations and dress code, but nothing too major that it negatively impacted our overall experience. We would return and recommend to others (adults and families alike).
Good stay
- What did you like most?I like staying in smaller hotels where you don’t have to take elevators every time you go to your room. Facilities are right there, hot tub just around the corner, poll bar beach, restaurants are great; Japanese restaurant is amazing with good service, they would pour you wine right after your finish your glass. The Italian restaurant food is delicious, nice life music. Good service and friendly staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?They didn’t have hair conditioner, so if you’re planning on staying bring your own. Also beach towels only once per day, mine got wet after couple hours went to exchange they didn’t let me, I dk why
