Disappointing
Staff amazing, facilities less so
- What did you like most?The hotel is nice and the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and lots to choose from and the views from the breakfast room are across the city.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Our room was dated. The bathroom sink leaked and even after a new part it still leaked. We weren’t offered to move rooms. The pillows were awful and honestly slept badly because of them but that’s down to my preference. A range of different pillows would have been nice. Spa facilities and the pool are not for use unless you pay for them. I felt that was slightly misleading as I had chosen that hotel specifically for the pool.
