Superb staff and great location.
- What did you like most?The staff were super friendly and helpful. The "guest of the week" was a nice touch. The bathroom was excellent for a disabled guest. There was enough space in the room for the wheelchair. Wheelchair ramp to the breakfast room. Great location - walking distance to the old city.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Elevator was a bit small and difficult to negotiate with a wheelchair (not sure how this could be solved). The breakfast was fine but seemed a bit pricey for what was on offer.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Room is not reachable via escalator. I have carried all baggage from stairs. Room was average size for 4 people. We have found small red instincts at one bed.
