Nice hotel ,let down by...
- What did you like most?Clean , nice room , great bed ,bar area
- Was there anything you didn't like?Reception staff rude , indifferent and unhelpful on several occasions. They seemed also to run some sort of deliberate rationing programme with the coffee and small coffee cream capsules in the room as in - day 1 ( of our stay ) 2x coffee capsules plus 2x very small coffee creamer pots .Day 2 - no replacement coffee capsules. Day 3 - coffee capsules replaced but no milk.Day 4 - nothing.
