A very disappointing night stay...
- What did you like most?We liked the staff and greeting. And the cookie was a very nice touch. The breakfast was also good with lots of options for our party
- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked a superior queen room. There was nothing superior about it The room was small and cramped. The beds were very uncomfortable. Our child was on a very poor camp bed by the door. I know it said sofa bed in the listing but I did expect a better standard than a rickety armchair/bed. There was also a chewed finger nail on the carpet. The bath was old, cracked and tired and the body wash nozzle didn't work.
