- What did you like most?the room was beautifully appointed and clean and the lobby was very comfortable
- Was there anything you didn't like?The car parking rate for overnight was $72.00. I have never spent that much to have my car overnight in a hotel parking lot. Also, I arrived at 2 pm and the room wasn't ready. When I checked back at 3:30 they said that they just needed someone to confirm the room was ready, but I had to go back up to the counter at 4:10 and ask and then they sent someone up and said it was ready.
- What did you like most?The bed was comfortable, I was only there a night last minute so I didn't explore the hotel much outside of the room and lobby. The staff I encountered were generally friendly. It was easy to walk to the pier.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I booked on booking.com probably 10 minutes before arriving late, around 1am at night because my prior arrangement fell through. The blonde surfer guy at the front desk was not able to access my reservation, which if it was a computer issue it wasn't his fault. My reso never came through, so after about 30 minutes he decided to give me a room and we could figure it out in the morning, which was the logical thing to do. I wasn't given a room key, I'd have to attain one in the morning. He led me to the room, I had a dog and a couple of bags he didn't offer to help me with. I understand he was new, I am writing this so the hotel can perhaps better equip their employees on how to navigate various situations.
