Exceptional
Great location and gorgeous hotel
- What did you like most?It was in a fantastic location and the room was very clean, staff friendly and the bed was comfortable. We never ate in the restaurant but from what I saw the food looked good.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was very warm, which made it difficult to sleep. However it was very mild in Berlin when we were there. Had it been much colder it would have probably been ok. We never said to reception but I’m sure they would have sorted the problem if asked. We were out exploring for most of the trip so didn’t bother raising the issue. When it was advertised as a free minibar I was disappointed that it was only soft drinks. It would have been nice to perhaps have had a couple of bottles of local beer or something.
