Friendly staff and very comfortable accommodations
- What did you like most?The location is great and so are the facilities.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The first room we checked into the outer bathroom door would not close, so there was no privacy with three people in the room. The balcony door was also stuck and hard to open. I called four times and went down to reception twice and was assured that it would be fixed now or in 10 minutes the entire day went by and at 7:30 am we were woken up to repair the doors. When I went to make management aware they moved us to another room that met our expectations.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Property didn’t have hot water to bath. I had to self accommodate to be clean which took away from my experience. I felt as if the water was coming from the beach. This experience made we not want to come back because I expected more. I’m not sure if we can issue compensation for my lackluster experience but I’m open to other suggestions thank for your time and attention.
