Service can be better
- What did you like most?Good location, valet option makes it convenient
- Was there anything you didn't like?Not sure if they were understaffed but the housekeeping service was not up to mark for a 4star hotel. Even for valet they initially said we can scan from our room and see the wait time but in reality we had to go down everytime and call the car (not inconvenient per se but not what was advertised). I also don’t like they were charging for Fiji water bottles, might as well just don’t have them. Even regular water was not replenished on time. Overall I’d say it was okay, but don’t delight me with its service.
- What did you like most?This hotel was so clean and nice! Inside the hotel is new and room was big more than I thought! Location is amazing!! I highly recommend this hotel!
