- What did you like most? The price was a good value for a weekend deal. I thought the beds were very comfortable and we stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 bed room. The upstairs casino restaurant food was a good value and tasted excellent. I would highly recommend the restaurant. All the staff we came in contact were all very friendly and had a great attitude.
- Was there anything you didn't like? The property is extremely rundown. Shortly after checking in a pipe burst above our bathroom, flooding our bathroom. We were moved to a third-floor Similar room where the only access is stairs or a rickety old elevator. Outdoor parking lot was somewhat scary near our room so we parked near the casino and away from the homeless population that stayed around the area. In the middle of the night, a drunk or drugged person was banging on our door wanting to come in. Persisted for about five minutes. Wasn’t sure what to do since all the rooms around us were not occupied and couldn’t find the telephone in the middle of the night. Our room was somewhat isolated. The room was extremely worn and in the bathroom had sheet rock peeling from the excessive humidity. Water tap in the shower cannot be turned off, having a constant drip. Checking into the hotel was a half hour wait in line on a Friday or Saturday night since only one single check in clerk is assigned and the line grew as time passed. I felt sorry for the single clerk not getting the help that they obviously need. But she stayed professional and had a great attitude. Just the hotel guests were reasonably inconvenienced for a half hour just standing there. The room we stayed in only had a single 25 watt dim light in the living room. Made it awkward when initially entering the room at night. I guess having a floor lamp to read by would be asking too much?
