Overall it was good.
- What did you like most?Bathroom could be more innovative in kind of size. Breakfast was good and more options of Non-Huevo (without egg) should be available to attact more vegetarian customers. My room (1406) was good with an excellent view. However, i felt there was less light towards the window glass side and feel a little lazy when it is dark outside. Thanks for understanding in advance.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Nothing as such to answer but the room could be more with lights towards the window. Also if anyone is travelling with 5+ nights should be allowed to have at least 1 Spa (may be body or body scrubbing or head massage) free of cost.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santiago.
- What did you like most?The price was excellent value. The hotel meticulously maintained and appointed. A very clean and comfortable bedroom and a great shower! Staff went above and beyond. Breakfast buffet was fit for royalty.
