    Not a 4 star hotel
    • What did you like most?
      Location is okay, I guess it is located in downtown, but the beaches are far away, I would say at least 30-40 min Uber drive from Copacabana. Breakfast is below par, but nothing to complain about. Overall our stay was fine.
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      Hotel is quite old and looks tired, the staff was okay-ish. When we checked-in there was only one pair of towels in the room even though it was two of us, and only after multiple calls they finally brought the second pair of towels. they also tried to charge us for drinks in the fridge that we did not consume, so that was a bummer too. During Carnaval the accommodation prices skyrocketed, I guess it is true for any hotel/apartment in Rio, but we felt that it this hotel was not a good value for money for Carnaval season. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it is 3 stars at best and even that is a stretch.

      Localisation was good. Confortable room

      Staff at breakfast was rude, never smile and always closing early. We waited one week for someone to fix the safe but no-one came
