Not getting our booked room and nobody helping us tainted the stay, hard to recover from that
- What did you like most?Location was good, and food was decent. Standout staff were Elizabeth at guest services, very helpful throughout our stay. Also, Antonio was a bellman and did his job well. I don’t remember the particular server's name but he worked at the snack bar on top floor. He was excellent!
- Was there anything you didn't like?We booked a king room and that was confirmed at check in but when we were showed to our room, it was a double queen. Oscar at the front desk said he couldn't help us and they were sold out, but we could pay to upgrade. That was not a good way to start off our vacation.
